- How will I know that my order has reached 2 Love My Lips?
After you place your order, you’ll get an order acknowledgement within a few minutes, as long as you gave us your correct email address. This confirmation will include full details of your order and your unique order reference. If you don’t receive this email confirmation, please contact us.

DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK
Free Delivery in the UK for orders over £25.00 (1st class Post)
Ist Class Post £1.95 per order from dispatch, please allow at least 5 working days for delivery. Your parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail. If you are not in to receive your order a card will be left for you to collect your parcel at your local sorting office. This service is only available if your order value is under £60.00
Tracked Service £4.95 per order from dispatch, please allow at least 5 working days for delivery. Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail and is trackable from dispatch to delivery to ensure the safe receipt of your order through this insured service. Your tracking number is available to you in your order tracking details. You must be available at the delivery address to sign for your parcel or if you are not in to receive your order, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel at your local sorting office.
Next Day Delivery Service £7.95 per order. All orders are tracked, insured and have a guaranteed delivery day. Your order will be delivered the following working day by Royal Mail. NOTE: Orders must be received by 2pm Monday - Thursday to ensure next day delivery.
Unfortunately, this service cannot be guaranteed at any other time. If you request next day delivery Friday - Sunday, on an English Bank Holiday or after 2pm it will be dispatched by next day delivery the next available working day.
Your tracking number is available to you in your order tracking details. You must be available at the delivery address to sign for your parcel or if you are not in to receive your order, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel at your local sorting office.

Airmail - £2.49 for the first item. Each additional item £0.98. From dispatch, please allow at least 7 - 10 working days for delivery. This service is only available if your order value is under £60.00.
Tracked Service- £6.50 for the first item. Each individual item £1.50. From dispatch, please allow at least 7 - 10 working days for delivery. You must be available to sign for your parcel or if you are not in to receive your order a card will be left for you to collect your parcel at your local sorting office. Please note orders over 2KG may be contacted for additional postage charges. Please also note that the full tracking service is not available to all destinations.

- How do I return goods?
If for some reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to accept returned items providing they’re still in the complete original packaging and returned to us within 14 days of receipt. We can provide a refund although it will be less delivery costs.
If the item is faulty or the delivery incorrect, we’ll refund any return postage costs.
Please return your product (enclosing a note with details of any faults and/or damage where applicable) in its original condition and packaging, and send to:

The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us and we therefore strongly recommend you send them registered post and retain proof of postage, as you’ll need this to make a claim from the Royal Mail in case your package gets lost. - Payment, Pricing & Promotions
